Colorado Gives Finger To PTSD Patients

You may be able to buy cannabis to get high and have fun with but if you have post traumatic stress disorder you are out of luck as a medical condition.

Cannabis is known for it’s ability to calm and relieve stress but Colorado, for some unknown pharmaceutical reason has decided that cannabis could not possibly help with stress disorders. You just have to wonder.

For me the main loss in the governments stand is that the government stands against the people. While our nation was founded on “of the people and for the people” it has become of the government against the people. Freedom cannot possibly be called free when restricted by such idiocy.

Colorado is now a prime example of a nanny government in full throttle and the reason for it’s decision based solely to benefit pharmaceutical companies whose noxious poison chemicals flood the market both legal and illicit.

Looking at Colorado you can clearly see the government has opened the gates to legal use for recreational and partying, but closed the door on those who hoped to get medical cannabis to treat their stress disorders. So they are free to buy it for fun, but disallowed to use it for medical purposes. Why? Because it would cut into the commercial drug companies profits and the taxes the state collects on the manufacture and use of pharmaceuticals.

The use of horribly addicting and life altering drugs like Celexa, Lexapro, Luvox, Paxil, Prozac, and Zoloft make profits for big corporations and are used to address PTSD. I am not sure what you think but before I would be popping these pills I would be trying cannabis first. The side effects and reported problems taking these pills would make PTSD desirable!

Colorado’s government has not only trampled on freedom with strange restrictions but has made it impossible for those whose medical needs would benefit greatly with a non-addictive safe substance like cannabis and leave them prisoners of far more dangerous and addicting substances created by chemical companies. Follow the money and find the reasons.
