Fasicim at LA THCHEMP EXPO

Freedom of speech is one of our most important rights. Control of media and cannabis information is our biggest issue, in an industry that has very little regulation. As I told the LEAP official who boasted that he has been in the movement since 1989, I have been in the movement since 1963, and have really moved a lot of marijuana!
I first met Todd McCormick in 1995 at a debate at the University of Miami; he was the one who put on the event in LA. Todd McCormick of the Gang who couldn’t grow straight fame, where Renee Boje, and Peter McWilliams were busted in a grow mansion in Bel Air along with Todd, who pled guilt and did five years for the Feds. Renee fled to Canada, and after sometime was able to fix her case, and I guess was put on probation, McWilliams died. After meeting Renee, and reading the Fred Gardiner article in Counter Punch, I criticized McCormick for not making part of his deal with the Feds, that they cut Renee loose, she had nothing to do with that grow, was not making any money from it! It should have been part of that deal, a half million dollars, probably more was spent on defending Todd. While Renee was left on a lurch.

When I heard about the event I emailed Todd, who, get this, calls me a DEA agent, saying that at that event in 95 the DEA agent Wayne Zucker leaned over and whispered in my ear. I was obviously in cahoots with DEA; my response was to have him play that video at the event for everyone to judge for themselves. His response was that he was not going to promote me and that I was persona non-gratis.

There was a plot brewing against Ol Skol. Marco designated me to cover the event for TY, and I planned on running the Grobot/Ice Cold booth as I normally do, at whatever event we post at. I got to LA early, moved my boxes and stuff to Grobot booth, while I waited for the rest of the team to arrive. That night we went to a party and after about 15 minutes we were asked to leave, that’s right Old Skol and VP of an industry giant, were escorted out rather rudely, with Brian, Todd’s partner telling me I was not invited and that I had no booth and that they were mad at TY for having me there. The plot thickens!

Next morning Grobot team arrives and told I was banned from event due to my agenda, and that if I was seen at the booths of either Grobot or TY that everyone would be thrown out. My King of Nepal sign taken down, signs saying preserve American landrace strains, Support American Cannabis Growers Buy American, Support American Canna-industry buy American were taken down. They threatened to have all my books and DVD’s removed from hall, burned? Believe you me the only thing not done is burn my books!

On July 12th Bubbleman, Sita/Green Harvest, Lucy/XXXtractor are to appear in court on patent infringement in BC, this is the start of the biggest fraud case in Canna history sort of akin to the Blackberry case. This case is going on in Europe as well, with all bag makers targeted. Bubbleman had made a deal with Todd to bring in his rip off system, and keep me out of the Expo, that and other interests who want to keep my mouth shut on the industry. So I had to set back and watch Bubbleman rip everyone off with his doctored video presentation, hell it looked like he got a half pound of hash out of that demo run. Everyone there who bought the 6 bags set, bought 5 bags to many and ruined their medicine, as most Canadians would attest to, as they can’t give those bags away in Canada.

I have been writing all along that these bag systems make no sense, you only need one bag for separating plant matter, the rest nature does, the oil and resin glands settle to the bottom of bucket, pour of 90% of the water, the last bottom part you run through a coffee filter 5 micron. The lies that you get many different qualities of hash, when all you get is broken up resin glands contaminated with plant matter to varying degrees, not hash, the good stuff you left in the bucket, but they are `able to sell nylon at wedding dress prices. Bag system makes no sense, simply because you lose taste, aroma and high. You lose 40% just using two bags! So the rip off continued due to Todd’s approval. Fascists who have designated their Gobbles, Minister of Information, Todd McCormick, ran the LA THCHEMP Expo. There is so much out right falsehoods, intellectual property rip offs, garbage seeds; the list goes on and on. The only reason it is allowed to happen is lack of regulation and integrity there is none. They go by one rule all Stoner’s are stupid and will buy whatever we tell them to buy. They prey on medical patients and young stoner’s who have no cannabis knowledge. If I would not have spoken out Cervantes was going to introduce a 15-bag kit, can you imagine? The truth was not allowed in LA, Fakirs, Quacks, and beggars ran the roost. This would have not happened in any event in Europe or Canada, freedom of speech too precious.

I guess I am the only one speaking out trying to protect patients and stoner’s alike. Let’s see now Grobot raided by DEA, I was banned in LA, my publisher bankrupted in Germany by Cervantes, we have been attacked repeatedly, we are in a war it’s the Ice Wars. Who is losing, patients and stoner’s alike that are being marketed by mis-information and fleeced of there $ until they wise up.

The seed companies are putting out garbage seeds that they call 100% female, when actually it is a chemically engineered seed that hermies so you can’t clone it or breed it. The Dutch want to make you seed junkies, one seed one plant.

We have lived under prohibition since 1937 or longer in some of the states in US, it was a way to ban people of color and minorities, now that very scene bans one its elders for speaking out!
The Medical scene in the states is all about self-interest not patients. They are in the way of legalization because like the Dutch they have a niche were as only they can buy and sell cannabis legally. It’s funny to hear Paul Stanford of THCF talk about taxation and regulation of medical marijuana, not about total legalization, after all his foundations brings in five million a year registering and re-registering patients on yearly basis, if it were legal he’d be out of business. The clinics in California sign up patients, who give their grow rights to clinics, for the privilege of buying at $350-450 an ounce, the clinic then give you a free eighth or quarter. Whoop De Do!

What Todd did in LA was to let the Dutch and Canadian rip-offs artist in and give them a taste of the money that could be made in LA. The people of LA are hungry for our culture and they showed up in droves, only to be taken advantage of by lowlife’s like the Bubbleman.

Support your countries own cannabis industry, preserve your local strains, and support your local cannabis growers.
We need a watchdog committee, or a seal of approval type thing. Products like Bumble Bee Extractor, that many have blown themselves up with, or any system that could lead to your electrocution, as many have found out using mixer with an open bucket of water. We should be able to warn people of the dangers without being banned for it. It’s a sad day for us when I get my freedom of speech taken away at the LA THCHEMP EXPO
